Helping people navigate the complexities of their finances and connecting the dots is a passion of mine. Through thoughtful planning, I've had the privilege of assisting couples who doubted their ability to retire, and provided guidance to widows and widowers who were unsure of their financial future. Witnessing a positive shift in someone's perspective and crafting a financial plan with safety nets in place is incredibly rewarding. Before my career as a financial advisor, I served as an officer in the United States Army, ending my service as a Captain in the Infantry.
Growing up in Fallon, NV, a small, dusty town, I learned the value of hard work and putting family first from my mom and grandparents. My fascination with money and its potential began early on, stemming from my own experiences and a pivotal conversation with a financial advisor. This led to a fulfilling career helping clients maximize their finances and, in turn, their lives. Now residing in Knoxville, TN, I am grateful for the vibrant community and the opportunities it provides for families.
I met my wife, Tina, in 2000, and from the moment we met, I knew she was my soulmate. Her dedication to managing our household and caring for our children is amazing. Together, we are proud parents of three children: Garet, Charlotte, and Logan. My family is my motivation, and I strive to provide for them with dedication and gratitude.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, and spending time outdoors with my family. I'm also active on the board of The Florence Crittenton Agency, a non-profit focused on supporting at-risk children and families.
